Delete your account

You can delete your ChartDetector AI account and all data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: In the app (immediate)

  1. Open ChartDetector AI and tap the gear icon at the top of the home screen.
  2. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm with Delete. Your account and data are removed right away and you are signed out.

Option 2: By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email chartdetector@koehler-international.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email once it is done.

What gets deleted

  • •Your account and sign-in (Apple, Google or email)
  • •All saved chart analyses and the uploaded chart images
  • •Chat history and news analyses
  • •Daily-briefing settings and your watchlist
  • •Trading Academy progress and streak

What is kept, and why

  • •Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting the account. They are managed by Apple or Google: cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before or after deleting.
  • •Purchase and invoice records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They are no longer linked to a usable account.
  • •Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics that cannot identify you.
